Arms and Shoulders Take 2

So i picked up my weights, half a workout carrying up the 3 flights of stairs to my apartment! And proceeded to go into the work out.
Well ouch my arms have been killing still from the previous workouts and i did what i could, used my weights we i prefer to the bands greatly, was some tough moves but i took it kinda easy and steady so i didn't push my arms so much since i can barely put on a t shirt or take it off without it hurting!! :D I will look forward to this more hopefully next week when my arms are a little less sore!.
Then was AB Ripper X, it felt slightly easier than the first time but still really tough and my current aches and pains did not help at all ! Im looking forward to getting better with it though and keeping it up.
Tomorrow is Yoga X, hmm not sure what to expect really.
