Being so full is how i felt on monday and ruined my eating plan, but now I'm back on track and even more motivated!
Today first was Shoulders and Arms, Follow by Ab Ripper, which seems to be slightly easier though not much!
Shoulders and arms is not as intense as other days, i did do plyometrics last night and quite enjoyed it, was going along fine and then he said so were half way and the second half was a bit more of a struggle!
Then this afternoon as its so nice i went for a 6k run as well so lots of exercise today, and healthy eating too.
Tonight though work :(
