Legs and Back and Ab Ripper

So today was my first Legs and back and i hated it!! It was pretty tough but i just hate squats and lunges, those wall squats were painful and i can barely still manage 5 pull ups each time at a push but i think thats more than i could do on monday!, Ab ripper feels a lil easier than the first day, and i think it will keep getting better, i still find some of the things hard to do and I'm not very flexible so hard to keep my legs up for a couple.
I managed to get through them both with some modifications but i guess not too bad for the first time!
