So day 4 and it was Yoga X and god i have not sweated that much in quite some time!!, The first 40 mins were hard going, i was not very flexible but was able to keep up in some form, and the second 40 mins the balancing ones were enjoyable and i followed along as best as i could. Felt pretty good after from all the stretching and enjoyed the pace and did not hate it as many people seem too!
Tomorrow is legs and back and ab ripper again, gonna try and push hard tomorrow as i feel a little better from the soreness now. Also going from today to up to 1600-1800 calories a day as i kinda feel i have been eating too few and see if it makes a difference. Hopefully i will have lose and see some changes by monday morning ready for week 2!
